October Half Term Parent Consultation

The academy is currently undertaking a staff and parent consultation regarding changing the October Half Term break from one week to two weeks each year. This would commence October 2025-26.

This is in response to changes to local school and in line with LGAT. By moving to the two week October half term break it will allow Kirton Academy to access further school improvement from LGAT and also to support students by reducing the lengthy half term 2.
